Picante – with fresh basil, garlic, mushrooms & artichokes in a white wine lemon butter sauce

Marsala – with fresh basil, garlic & mushrooms in a marsala wine butter sauce

Breaded Parmesan – topped with marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese

Breaded Siciliano – with aioli sauce

Roasted – seasoned and oven baked, served golden brown with gravy
